- This modern fitout was very unique in its design. We were challenged with the task of re-fireproofing much of the existing deck due to its age. Juxtaposing
dark ceilings and light colored floors really made this space look sleek. - The architect wanted polished concrete floors, but based on the condition of the existing slabs this was going to be near impossible to make acceptable from an
aesthetic standpoint. We were able to save our client upwards of six figures by pouring a polishable concrete topping in lieu of grinding the existing slab. - All new mechanical systems with exposed spiral duct was installed. All new plumbing and restrooms, accent millwork, motorized shades, and many other
were completed.
